The questions that come with this are usually;
Does my other have a team?
Am I on THE Team?
Should I have a team?
First questions first, NOT EVERYBODY HAS A TEAM. --Personally, I don't.-- Some people do. If your other has opposite sex friends,believe they are just that. Unless,it is an overactive friendship.There might be several of these people depending on your partner. If you are curious,Ask. You do have the right to know,especially if you are uncertain.
Are you on THE Team? HMM.....chances are yes. But where? That you won't know until the obvious factors arise. S/He,if they have a team, might have fill you are or aren't qualified for a positions until they better know you,understand you, or loose/gain a member. As the coach,they are looking for whoever will better benefit them.Always keep that in mind.
You don't need a team. Let me say it again,YOU DON'T NEED A TEAM. If you are in a good relationship or forming a good relationship,this is totally unnecessary. This is where TRUST comes in. Although your partner may not have all of your trust, it is ok to leave everyone behind if you feel its right. Also, If you have other motives such as education and a career, you don't need a team. Remember these are first priorities. Your partner should never interfere with your goals,ambitions,dreams,etc.
God is always your number 1 player.
***Don't assume anything. You may not be on THE Team. S/He may not have a team. You don't need a team. Don't ruin a good relationship because of insecurities. This article is not here for that. It is for pure entertainment and truth.***
